Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Verstats (the "Service"). By uploading a report, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Verstats is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Singapore. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to that operator.

2. What Verstats Does

Verstats is a self-service analytics tool. You upload MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 HTML (.htm) reports containing your own completed trading history, and the Service parses that file to produce descriptive statistics, charts, and simulations derived entirely from the data you supplied.

Verstats does not:

• Connect to, authenticate with, or access any broker or exchange account
• Hold, transfer, or handle funds, investments, or account balances
• Place, route, execute, or modify trades of any kind
• Provide trade recommendations, signals, entry or exit guidance, or investment strategies

3. No Financial Advice

Verstats does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing produced by the Service should be interpreted as such. All output is a mathematical description of historical data that you supplied. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, dealer, or fund manager in Singapore or any other jurisdiction, and we do not hold ourselves out as one.

Any decision you make about your own trading is yours alone. Trading carries substantial risk of loss, and past results do not predict future results. Simulations, including Monte Carlo simulations, are statistical resamplings of your historical trade data. They illustrate the range of outcomes that data could have produced under random ordering. They are not forecasts, projections, or predictions of future performance, and they carry no guarantee of any kind.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. We do not verify age and we rely on this representation. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we may suspend the account and delete the associated data.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@verstats.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may use the Service as a guest without an account, subject to the limits described on the pricing page.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the reports and trading data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any file you submit. If you generate a shareable link, you are choosing to make that report accessible to anyone holding the URL, and you accept responsibility for how you distribute it.

6. Tokens

Access to the Service is metered in tokens. Analysing a report consumes tokens in proportion to the number of trades it contains; running a Monte Carlo simulation on that report consumes further tokens. Current rates are published on the pricing page.

• Accounts receive a free token balance that replenishes automatically up to a ceiling. It is provided at no charge and carries no monetary value.
• Purchased tokens are held in a separate balance and do not expire. Your free balance is always consumed first.
• Tokens are a licence to use the Service. They are not currency, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash except through a refund under our Refund Policy.
• Tokens are consumed when an analysis runs. We do not refund tokens for results you are dissatisfied with, though we will restore tokens consumed by a run that failed due to a fault on our side — contact us if this happens.

We may adjust token costs, replenishment rates, free allowances, and pack sizes as the product develops. Changes apply to future usage and purchases; tokens already in your purchased balance keep their value and remain usable.

7. Purchases and Payment

Token packs are a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel.

• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Tokens are credited to your account once payment completes. This is usually immediate but may take a short time.
• We may change pack prices and contents at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made.

Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for your purchase. Their name may appear on your card or bank statement instead of ours.

8. Refunds

Token packs may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Because we do not reduce the refund for tokens already used, the tokens that pack granted are removed from your balance, which may leave your purchased balance negative. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload reports containing data you do not have the right to use
• Falsify, alter, or fabricate a report in order to misrepresent a trading record to another party
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service, or resell tokens
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free token allowances or usage limits
• Scrape, automate, or place unreasonable load on the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' reports, or our infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

10. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused purchased tokens.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of output. Verstats depends on the correctness of the files you upload; we do not warrant that parsed results are free of error and you should verify anything you rely on.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Where we terminate your account without cause, we will refund your unused purchased token balance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any updates will be posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where we hold your email address, we will notify you of material changes.
